4 of the most harmful toxins in your body

There are 4 toxins that are causing the most harm to your body.

Aluminum

Reason: Aluminum is found in shots, deodorants, in food, even in the air we breathe.

Also... take a binder before you sweat, whether it's sweat from the sauna, an Epsom bath, or exercise. Good binders are activated charcoal, nano-zeolite, or bentonite clay.

Fluoride

Reason: Fluoride is found in toothpaste as well as many water sources, and even filtering systems.

Recommended: use natural toothpaste or use activated charcoal or hydrogen peroxide to brush. When I use those, I just simply add some water and swish.

Glyphosate

Reason: Glyphosate is an herbicide that is found in Roundup. It can also be found in produce and crops such as almonds, apricots, apples, tomatoes, and more. The worst offenders are usually celery (77.3% contaminated), sweet peppers (79.6%), spinach (88.6%), and tomatoes (80%). It can also be found in many crops such as almonds.

Recommended: Buy organic gardening and cleaning supplies. When you are buying produce, shop local and/or grow your own so that you know you're not consuming pesticides.


Wifi

Reason: EMF has been found to be extremely toxic especially when there is prolonged (hours) exposure. EMF can come from WIFI, radio and television signals, radar, satellite stations, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) devices, industrial equipment, microwave ovens, and cell phones.
Recommended: Put your router on a timer so you don’t get WIFI EMF all night.
