Alright, let’s talk about something that might seem a little out there at first: the power of “I AM.” Trust me, I was skeptical at first too. But if you’re in network marketing—or honestly, just trying to succeed in ANY area of life—this simple little phrase could be the thing that helps you break through whatever’s holding you back. Wayne Dyer, who’s pretty much a legend when it comes to self-development, talked about the importance of what you say after “I AM.” Why? Because those two words are super powerful.

They basically tell your subconscious mind who you think you are and what you expect from life. So if you’re walking around saying, “I am not good enough,” or “I am bad at this,” guess what? That’s what you’ll keep believing! 😱

But let’s flip it. What if you started saying things like, “I am capable,” or “I am successful,” even if you don’t fully believe it yet? That’s where the magic starts to happen. 🤗

Here’s some of my favorite Wayne Dyer quotes that have really stuck with me:

1. “You are what you choose to be today. Not what you've chosen to be before."

- Whatever you did yesterday or last year? Doesn’t matter. You get to decide who you are today.

2. "I am whole, perfect, strong, powerful, loving, harmonious, and happy."

- Imagine if you said this every morning. Your brain would start to believe it, and then you’d start acting like it!

3. "Change the way you look at things, and the things you look at change."

- Perspective. If you look at challenges like opportunities, they stop feeling like roadblocks.

Listen, I get it. You might be rolling your eyes thinking, “This is just some positive thinking mumbo jumbo.” 🤣 But here’s the thing: your thoughts shape your actions. And if you’re telling yourself every day that you’re not good enough or not cut out for this business, guess what? You’re not just gonna think it… you’re gonna act like it! And THAT can negatively impact everything from your attitude, to your relationships, to your business, to your income, to your HEALTH!!

So let’s give this “I AM” thing a shot. Worst case? You don’t feel any different. Best case? You start rewiring your brain for success. Here’s how to do it without feeling super weird about it:

📌 Start Small: You don’t have to jump to “I am a millionaire” right away (although, feel free if that’s your vibe!). Start with something believable like, “I am growing every day,” or “I am capable of learning new things.”

📌 Be Consistent: Do it daily. Say it in the shower, when you’re brushing your teeth, or before you start your workday. Repetition is key.

📌 Say It with Feeling: Don’t just mumble it—actually *feel* the words. If you’re saying “I am confident,” try standing tall, taking a deep breath, and really embodying confidence.

📌 Write It Down: Grab a notebook and jot down your “I AM” statements. Or write them on stickynotes and put them everywhere - your house, your car, at work, etc! There’s something about seeing it on paper that makes it feel more real.

📌 Pair It with Action: This is huge. Say “I am attracting new customers,” then go out and do the work. Put yourself out there. The more you show up, the more you’ll start believing in what you’re saying.


You know that I am a top earner in network marketing, right? Well, I can tell you I didn’t just land here. I had to get my mind SET first!! If you’re telling yourself “I am bad at selling,” or “I can’t build a team,” that’s going to show up in your business. But what if you switched it to:

🧠 “I am attracting the right people into my business.”

-🧠“I am an inspiring leader.”

🧠 “I am confident in sharing what I do.”

By flipping your internal dialogue, you can literally create a new reality for yourself. Your belief system shifts, and so do your actions. And the more you believe in yourself, the more others will believe in you too.

Look, this isn’t about being fake or trying to trick yourself. It’s about stepping into the version of you that’s already successful, already confident, already the person you want to be.

So here’s a challenge for you: Pick one “I AM” statement today and roll with it. Say it out loud (I know, it feels weird! I don’t care lol do it anyway!)… write it down, feel it, and see what shifts for you. You’ve got nothing to lose and everything to gain.
