Daily protocol from someone who has Lyme and Mold Toxicity

People ask me all the time for a “list” of supps I take, protocols I do, regimens I follow.

I am always happy to help, and answer questions often in my Telegram chat if someone can’t find what they need on my blog. And I truly wish the answer was a “recipe” to follow, but, when it comes to Detox Life, and your health, especially in this world’s landscape we’re in currently, you need to be empowered to do your own research. Especially because, as time goes on, your needs may change! Mine certainly have. My protocol looks different today than it did even just a year ago — the more we learn, the more we know!

With that said, I do want to give you what I am personally doing, as of NOW.

A big focus right now for me, is to remove Graphene Oxide from body. It’s shed from the vaxxed. This is a “new” thing to be aware of, and research!

*Daily, I do the following:

  • 5000 IU D3/K2

  • 250mg mag citrate

  • 15mg Zinc/1.5 mg copper

  • 4mg boron

  • 1000mg+ Omegas

  • Trizomal Glutathione (followed 30 min later with Quicksilver Ultrabinder)

  • NAC

  • Premier Research Labs Vit C (food based east to absorb)

  • Selenium & Vit E

  • Iodine

  • Activated B vitamins

  • Ionic minerals

Also…at least one daily:

  • Infrared sauna

  • coffee enema

  • 30 min sunshine and or detox bath with 1 cup epsom and 1 cup sea salt.

It’s a lot, I know.

I also have mold toxicity and Lyme so I have work daily on removing toxins.

Do what you can!!
