Habit Stacking: Building a Healthy Morning Supplement Routine

You know what they say, "starting your day on the right foot is key to success!" Well, if you're BUSY, the idea of creating new habits can seem overwhelming. But, it doesn't have to be! I want to give you an awesome hack to boost your health and get your mornings on track. It's my fun little trick called: habit stacking.🌞

Habit stacking is to pair new habits with ones we already have, and bam! Instant health-boosting combo! 💪

One habit you've got to get into is a premium daily supplement routine. This is THE secret sauce to detoxify and upgrade your health game. I don't know a single mega-successful person that doesn't put their HEALTH first! 🌱

Habits are king and consistency is queen.

Healthy habits help us make progress without even thinking about it especially when you combine them with other smart moves like eating organic foods, drinking water, getting great sleep, getting outdoors, unplugging from electronics, along with an amazing supplement to give you energy, focus, immunity, digestive & gut health, and more.

Here's how you can kickstart your morning supplement routine with habit stacking:

1. Find Your Rhythm: Identify what you already do every morning without fail - use the restroom, brush your teeth, make your bed, or reach for that first glass of water.

2. Stack your Habits: Connect your supplement reminder with an existing habit. Put them where you already go every morning so you see them & have a mental trigger to take them (e.g. put your capsules by your bedside water/glasses/phone)

4. Stay on Track: Consider getting a friend on board with you and hold each other accountable by sending morning texts to say you did it! Set reminders on your phone to make sure you don't miss a habit. If it's important to you, treat it like an appointment!

5. Celebrate Progress: Grab yourself a pretty new journal or use a habit tracker app to watch your health upgrade like magic over time the more consistent you are! 📔✨

The more you stick to it, the bigger the health benefits.

You'll boost your immune system, balance your digestive health, and even experience incredible focus and energy that you probably thought you lost! 🚀🔋
