Nourishing your body with whole, organic, fresh, unprocessed foods is crucial. So many things shifted for me when I really started scrutinizing what I was consuming AND where it was sourced.

Focus on consuming a variety of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates. Stay hydrated by drinking enough water throughout the day.

Regular Exercise 💪🏼

Engaging in regular physical activity is so good for you. Physically, obviously, but also internally to help you sweat out toxins and reduce stress. Practice stress-management techniques like meditation, deep breathing exercises, yoga, or engaging in hobbies. Prioritize self-care activities that help you relax and unwind. And separate yourself as much as possible (if possible) from things or people or situations that cause stress!
