Zinc and Copper supplementation: when and why

DISCUSSION: Are you supplementing with ZINC?

Are you aware of your body’s need for Copper?

Copper and Zinc are very important partners.

Known as antagonists.

Do your research!!

In times of injury or inflammation, your body will release copper into the blood to cool inflammation-life saving.

Allopathic medicine is giving misleading advice regarding copper.

Copper is deficient due to high intake of zinc, poor soils, not eating organ meats (kidney & liver).

You need 15mg zinc to 1 mg copper.

Again do your research and maybe get a hair mineral analysis before supplementing with these.

*And don’t forget your selenium 200mcg per day.
