Liver Flush protocol

Many people have asked about my Liver Flush and what all it involves. I created a “story highlight” on Instagram with Liver Flush how-to videos, but I thought that writing out a quick blog would also help you get started! As with anything, it’s best to consult with your physician before doing anything like this if you have concerns or underlying health issues (assuming your physician is knowledgeable in holistic wellness 😅).

I prefer doing a coffee enema the day before and in the afternoon of the daytime liver flush.

Prep Week:
Eat less meat and a low-fat diet.
Avoid gluten dairy and sugar.
Drink 8 ounces tart cherry juice every day. Or you could take Malic acid every day. I also take Chanca Piedra by Herb Pharm, which is a stone breaker. During prep week you are taking the tart cherry juice or malic acid to soften the stones.

On the 6th Day:
In the evening, eat light around 5 pm.
At bedtime, take 1 tablespoon Epsom salt with water and go to bed.

The next morning, when you wake up, take 1 tablespoon of Epsom salt with water.

An hour later, mix half a cup of organic fresh squeezed grapefruit or lemon juice with half a cup of organic extra virgin olive oil. Shake it up, stand by your bedside, drink it down, and then lay down on your right side for 20 minutes.

After 40 minutes pass, drink another 1 tablespoon Epsom salt with water. You are taking the Epsom salt to clear the bowel and also dilate the bile ducts.
