There are a few things I will stand up and fight for, one of them is anti-vax! There is simply FAR TOO MUCH research supporting reasons why vaccinations can be harmful and even deadly.
So it’s concerning to me that there is an agenda out there to push a Covid-19 vaccine, a virus that has nearly a 100% survival rate, and even more concerning to me that there are people who would say YES to such a thing!
Because of this, many people have reached out to me asking: can you legally refuse the vaccine?
According to Alan Dershowitz’s interpretation of Constitutional law, you only have the right to refuse to be vaccinated against a disease that would affect only you. According to Robert F. Kennedy, there is a “big Constitutional chasm” between this 1905 case and today’s vaccine mandates. According to a recent poll, about half of Americans say they want to get the COVID-19 vaccine; 27% say they will “definitely” refuse and another 12% say they will “probably” refuse it (source: Dr. Mercola via Vaccine Debate — Kennedy Jr. vs Dershowitz)
