How to do a Coffee Enema and the Health Benefits for Detox

Okay, I know this is a scary topic, and it may be scary for you to do these at first… but you have to breathe and trust the process.

If you are going through a chronic “mystery” illness, coffee enemas are proven to be very healthy and can do wonders for your system.

How to do a Coffee Enema and the Health Benefits for Detox

Lie on your side, on a towel.

Brew Bulletproof coffee (they are super careful about non-moldy coffee)
I do 1 Tablespoon with RO filtered water and pour over filter (stainless steel).
Pour into a mason jar, add a tsp pink Himalayan salt and 1 T organic molasses.

Take an Activated Charcoal to catch the toxins the liver releases during this time as you give the building blocks for glutathione.

Lube up with coconut oil. Lie on side. Breathe and relax. I did first time in bath tub lined with towels. Insert and let flow slowly as you breathe. Sometimes you will need to stop the flow and breathe deeply.

Hold for 5 min, increase over time to 20 min. Don’t fight the urge to purge and hold it anyway. It’s easiest to lie down on right side and relax.

After ten or so minutes, I feel so clear minded, and then I release into toilet.
Goodbye parasites!
I’ve had many leave this way!

Also remember to replenish electrolytes. I love Liquid IV.

Another note: Take TUDCA 30 min prior. Take 2 binders 20 min before you do a coffee enema. Hold 2 cups for 10-15 min. Release. Do this twice. Take 2 binders again.

TIP: Start with a plain salt enema if you are actively killing & clearing out parasites. You don’t want to hold the die-off inside of you. Let it out right away. You will use 1 teaspoon of Himalayan sea salt with 32 to 48 ounces of water (filtered) after 2-3 flushes, then you can do a coffee enema if you like.

Better out than in!
