Gut health—and how it affects weight loss

Gut health—we hear all about it.

But did you know your gut health can affect your weight loss?

🦠 Scientists estimate that you’re carrying around 38 trillion bacteria, which is 800 billion more bacterial cells than you have human cells. It’s so much bacteria, in fact, that it weighs about .44 pounds in the average male. But that’s not the only way your microbiome—a fancy word for the bacteria living inside you—affects your weight. You’ve probably heard that having “good” bacteria can help you stay regular, but the bugs in your body can affect your health—and your weight—in other ways, too.

Life and health updates - live from Hawaii

My little life update from HI 🌺 🌈 We have been sheltering in place with some of our best friends on the planet, we have lived together for 9 weeks now.

It’s been a joyous time full of learning and loving what is. In the moment. I’m so grateful for friends like this and I deeply appreciate the love the care and we have for eachother. Living in Hawai’i has helped to heal me, not completely but I’m well on my way. It’s hard to describe the peace I feel here.

We have all been on my parasite protocol especially over the full moon! You wouldn’t believe how much it helps your attitude and energy level to evict those little squatters! LOL! How has your spring been?

Have you experienced times where you just can’t!? I sure have. My trick for pulling myself out of that is to get into nature and ☀️. It helps every single time. Also paying attention to the phases of the moon, interestingly my mood really lines up with the moon! Drink more water with trace minerals. Sweat daily! And keep killing the critters while I work on healing my gut.

On another note, you may have seen me sharing truth on my Facebook and Instagram lately.

I have people tell me daily, I am smart and educated with great influence, so why would I risk it by sharing this trash. I have also had so many people encourage me for speaking up and risking my reputation and awakening them to another side of the story.

So my question to you, are you afraid to speak up because of the backlash you fear??? Is staying quiet and barreling blindly down the tracks going to be a better alternative? Just think about the impact of all of us speaking up. It’s a modern day “closed society” PROTEST. If something doesn’t feel right and you are questioning the numbers, the reports, the censorship, the virus and the only cure is a vax, the vaccine schedule, the list is looooong.... speak out on social media! If you trust it all, that’s great too but don’t waste your time trying to shame those that don’t agree. It’s our right to speak up and we will!!!

Anyway, thank you for reading my blog!!
I would love to hear your life update! Please comment below and share!!

Breast Implant Illness is REAL - Explant and Healing Update!

Breast Implant Illness is REAL - Explant and Healing Update!

I had implants for 4 years and 11 months. It seemed like such a idea, such a good idea back in February of 2015. I had nursed my two babies for a total of almost 5 years, I thought I deserved new boobs! Looking back, I’m at a loss for how I talked myself into surgery to change the way I looked. It seems like such a bad idea now, like I had amnesia or something. It didn’t really line up with my values of living a green, organic lifestyle. ⁣
